Is there anything you don’t do?
Thunderwear Apparel focuses on custom soft goods like clothing, bags, headwear etc. We are not your best fit for hard goods and standard promotional fare (keychains, mugs, lanyards, electronics)
Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Yes. As we do not use any shelf-stock blanks and every item is custom made to order, MOQ generally starts at 500 units.

Do you offer pricing discounts?
Yes. Our standard price quotes include volume price breaks for every item.
Will I receive a sample?
Yes. You will receive a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) for approval before we begin bulk production.
Do I pay for the sample?
The cost of sampling is waived if a purchase order is placed. If no order is placed or if an order is cancelled, Thunderwear will bill you for the cost of sampling on a time & materials basis.
What is the soonest I can receive my order?
Delivery will vary from category to category and fabric type. If urgent delivery is a priority, we will discuss best options for expediting to an important date.
What about shipping to multiple destinations?
Not a problem. We have plenty of experience with splits and drop shipping. We just require detailed instructions at time of Purchase Order to pack accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, Wire and Credit Card.
Can you design an item for me?
Yes! We pride ourselves on providing clients with multiple options of fully custom apparel that will stand out from vanilla basics.
Can you design a LOGO for me?
Yes. Branding services are available for a separate charge. There is no additional charge for working a pre-existing brand identity/logo into designs.
What if I already have a design or an idea?
We are happy to quote an item you’ve already designed and produce it to your specs.
Due to the nature of custom production, Thunderwear Apparel requires deposit at time of order with balance at time of shipment.
How are items shipped?
All items are quoted with ocean freight to Los Angeles and duty/import charges included into the unit cost . For expedited or international projects, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Does Thunderwear handle delivery?
Pricing reflects goods landed in Los Angeles,. Thunderwear can assist in setting up trucking with preferred vendors or coordinate warehouse pickup by a freight carrier (UPS, FedEx etc.) but customer is responsible for costs of delivery.
Can you drop ship internationally?
Yes. We will quote items FOB and work with you to coordinate shipment to your necessary destination.
